Again this is a private showing for you - an agent will not be meeting you at the house. 

Here's how it works:

All you have to do is go to the property during your appointment time and you will see a lockbox on the front door. The code for your designated time is 7-7-5-3. Once you line-up the numbers 7-7-5-3 (top to bottom on the black box and left to right on the blue), you will either push down on the top lever on the faceplate (black boxes), or slide open the right side (blue boxes). That will allow you access to the inside of the lockbox where you will find a key.

Take your time, look around, map out your furniture, and fall in love with your new home. We just ask that you turn off all lights, PLEASE don't touch the thermostat and lock all doors when you leave. 

After locking the front door, simply put the key back into the lockbox, twirl the numbers back to 0-0-0-0, on the blue boxes slide down the access cover, on the black boxes, push down on the lever to put the faceplate back on.

Please call our local office (850-471-9253) when you're leaving to let us know that you've successfully relocked the house and that your showing is complete (if after hours please leave us a message).
